Megan Hommes

Began riding in 1996

Main Disciplines: Huntseat, HunterJumpers, Showmanship

Secondary Disciplines(learning rules): Cross Country, Eventing

As a dedicated Horse Riding Instructor, I have had the privilege of watching children grow and expand their passion for horses. I believe that every rider is unique and requires a personalized approach to learning. It's half the fun for me to discover each rider's way of learning and work with them to reach their goals. I value the solid relationship between horse and rider, and I prioritize understanding the horse's needs. At Mounted Maestros, I strive to provide the best training methods to develop both physical strength and mental stamina. Join me on this exciting journey and let's build confident riders together!

My daughter has been taking lessons from Megan for seven years. Megan is very knowledgeable and has lots of experience. She is a skilled rider as well as a great teacher. My daughter has gone from having absolutely no horse experience to a confident rider under Megan’s instruction. I would highly recommend her.
